Shon Kapeta, founder of Kapeta Group, has spent more than two decades building, operating and investing across the Tamarindo and Guanacaste region. His experience spans residential development, commercial property, hospitality and local property operations.
Through Kapeta Group, CIELO is intended to bring those layers together in one boutique residential project: the home itself, everyday services, owner support, optional rental administration and a practical route into life in Costa Rica.
